Key Responsibilities
· Generate and convert qualified leads into property sales.
· Promote and sell the company's landed properties and real estate investment opportunities.
· Conduct property inspections and site visits with prospective clients.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
· Follow up on inquiries and negotiate sales to successful closure.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Maintain accurate records of prospects, clients, and sales activities.
· Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline.
· Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Strong customer relationship management skills.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
· Knowledge of digital marketing and social media sales will be an added advantage.
· Must reside in Benin City
