Key Responsibilities
- Collect and validate cost, commitment, progress and resource data.
- Maintain cost reports, forecasts, budgets and variance analyses.
- Track approved changes, commitments, invoices and expenditure against control budgets.
- Support cost meetings and communicate trends, risks and corrective actions.
- Prepare management reports and maintain auditable cost records.
- Coordinate with project controls, procurement, finance and project teams.
Skills & Competencies
- Degree/HND in engineering, quantity surveying, finance, economics or related field
- Cost-control/project-controls experience
- Strong Excel/reporting and analytical capability
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant degree, HND, OND, trade qualification or recognized professional certification appropriate to the discipline and level.
- Relevant industrial, construction, oil & gas, marine or project experience is preferred.
- Role-specific statutory, technical, offshore, safety or professional certifications shall be provided where required by the client, site or applicable standards.
