· Salary Range₦50,000 - ₦100,000/month

· Load and unload equipment securely (using straps, load bars, etc.), often involving heavy lifting (comfortable with 50+ lbs).

· Ensure safe handling, loading, and unloading of all production equipment.

· Navigate routes efficiently, including backing into tight or unconventional venue spaces, night driving to meet strict deadlines, and handling traffic or road closures.

· Assist in setting up and dismantling basic equipment when required.

· Assist in planning transportation schedules, routes, and timelines to ensure timely load-in, setup, rehearsals, performances, and load-out.

· Maintain accurate records of all equipment and logistics materials

· Coordinate with production managers, event organizers, venue representatives, suppliers, crew, and warehouse teams for pickups, deliveries, and support needs.

· Monitor and communicate delays, changes, or issues (traffic, weather, last-minute adjustments) and proactively resolve them to keep the event on schedule.

· Participate in production meetings, training, orientations, and post-event reviews.

· Comply with all traffic laws, company safe driving policies, and (where applicable) DOT regulations, hours-of-service logging, and endorsements
