Job Summary
o The Project Analyst will support the planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting of clean energy projects from development through early-stage execution.
o The role is focused on project delivery oversight, governance, documentation control, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and in alignment with approved objectives.
Major Responsibility Areas
o Monitor structured project planning and execution tracking to ensure delivery within approved scope, timelines, and performance targets.
o Provide proactive schedule, cost, and risk visibility to leadership through disciplined monitoring and early escalation of issues.
o Assists in ensuring optimum performance in operational and cost control functions
o Assist in strategic planning by formulating and implementing strategies to enhance business performance.
o Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks, documentation controls, and reporting standards.
o Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure technical, regulatory, commercial, and operational alignment.
o Support execution readiness by tracking critical dependencies, approvals, contractor deliverables, and compliance milestones.
o Deliver clear, decision-support reporting and insights to enable effective oversight by senior management.
o Ensure that agreements/contracts are adequately reflecting the company’s interests and as such will have input in these documents.
o Maintain a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and challenges.
o Serve as a thought partner, leveraging internal and external networks, to engage in team problem solving, share evolving business trends and best practices, and contribute to knowledge creation initiatives.
o Other duties as assigned

Job Specification
o First Degree in the numerate Science-based disciplines, Engineering, Business/Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or other relevant fields from a reputable University.
o MBA or Accounting/Financial Designations would be an added advantage
o 3 - 5 years relevant experience e.g. Business Development, Financial Analysis or Asset Management.
o Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
o Excellent Presentation/Communication Skills
o Talented and with a strong interest in Business.
o Thorough understanding of petroleum economics.
o Proven competencies in using the Microsoft Office Suite
