We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and well-organized Class Teacher to deliver high-quality teaching and support the academic and personal development of our pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and deliver engaging lessons across subjects in line with the school curriculum
· Maintain a positive, safe, and disciplined classroom environment
· Monitor pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
· Keep accurate records of attendance, performance, and behaviour
· Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback
· Communicate effectively with parents on pupil progress and concerns
· Provide pastoral care and serve as a positive role model
· Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities and events
· Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment
· Engage in continuous professional development
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
· Relevant teaching qualification (PGDE/NCE and TRCN is required)
· Experience in a similar role within a reputable school
· Strong classroom management and communication skills
· Passion for teaching and commitment to student development
